Shipping times vary based on the products ordered. Typical processing time is between 1-2 days on Jewelry and Accessories items. Apparel can take about 25 days to arrive as we ship from global suppliers. Allowing us to get the best deal possible on high quality products.  We do expedite every order that we receive. Remember shipping times also vary based on shipping address. Custom orders that are made on demand can have a 3 week delivery period to produce the best product. 
All Jewelry and Accessory products will be shipped via UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL  and other shipping carriers. We are always trying to find the most affordable shipping option for our customers. That means using several shipping methods to keep cost lower for our consumers. 
This is also determined by the type of item purchased and the weight of items shipped. During the checkout process you will be able to get an estimate of shipping cost based on your product needs. We also provide everyday free shipping for all orders over $50. 
If there is a manufacturing mistake during production or an item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide us a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the issue, and the order number. You can send this information to Once we receive that information from you, we will reship a new product at no additional cost to you. Please note complaints must be e-mailed within 30 days of purchase.
If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, Pretty Fab Things will reship a new order at no charge to you using the shipping method you originally paid for:
Standard shipping - up to 16 business days
Expedited shipping - up to 5 business days
Overnight shipping - up to 2 business days
International shipping - typically up to 21 business days*
*When it comes to international shipping, those packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL or Fedex. However, we have also experienced instances where an order may take about a month to deliver. Unfortunately, not all tracking events may be represented in real time, and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a certain place/event. There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:
    • Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
    • Local customs department processing time Due to all of that, we can't guarantee a delivery date with certainty for international deliveries. 
Please make sure to notify us about the delivery issue within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a replacement order.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address please contact us immediately, If the order shipped, we will either need to wait for the order to be returned to the vendor and reship it at your cost, or you can place a new order to reduce delivery time. Please note that you will be charged for this replacement order.
Only regular priced  and Sale items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom or Personalized products are non-refundable.

Downloadable software products 
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Products with obvious signs of use 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
For returns, please email with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@prettyfabthings,com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
